Join a panel of IP lawyers, entrepreneurs, and representatives from the U of T Innovations & Partnerships Office (IPO) for a wide-ranging discussion about artificial intelligence’s transformative impact in revolutionizing the landscape of chemical research and development. We will discuss tech transfer offices’ pivotal role in commercializing and supporting Chemical AI projects and explore strategies for navigating the legal intricacies of patenting and protecting these AI-driven innovations. The interactive session will also spotlight success stories and challenges faced by entrepreneurs and startups in this space.

The first half of this event will be a deep dive into key trends and themes in this area. The second half is an off-the-record “Ask Me Anything” where founders, inventors, researchers and scientists can share their candid questions with the panel in a safe environment.
